This bar of soap has the Sugar and Borax added to rain water prior to lye being added. Note no white spots in soap.

Raw bar or brick measures 14.25 X3.50 X 2.3/8 IN Right Brick cut into bars 18 1/2 hand bars of soap.

Cutting this bar with a half finished cutter. This cutter is has a wire spacing of 5/8 in.
Too much heat

Too much heat or to long on one side will do this.
Stage #1

This is how I started my Soap Cutter. Glued paper pattern onto the piece of wood for the scroll saw.
